Where do you deliver?
Parksville, Qualicum Beach, Coombs, Errington, and the wider Oceanside coast. Delivery is free within 12 km of Errington on $75+ orders, and pickup from us is always free. A bit outside that? Ask us — there may be a small travel fee, but we'll usually make it work.
Do you set everything up?
Nope — and that's on purpose. Skipping setup crews is part of how we keep rentals affordable. Everything arrives ready to play with a quick-start rundown, and getting the games going is half the fun. Pick up from us for free, or we'll drop everything off and collect it afterward.
How far ahead should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead, especially in summer and around long weekends. Got a last-minute idea? Message us — we'll check.
Is there a deposit?
Yes — two, actually. A 25% booking deposit holds your date, and a separate refundable damage deposit comes back to you within 7 days once everything's returned in good shape. (Full details are in our rental terms.)
What if it rains?
We don't refund for weather, but let us know at least 48 hours ahead and we'll do our best to reschedule you once, subject to availability. Once the gear's with you, just keep it protected from the weather.

Can I cancel or change my booking?
Life happens. Date changes are welcome subject to availability, and our cancellation windows are spelled out in the rental terms. The earlier you tell us, the more flexible we can be.
